Court orders release of 15 detainees in Istanbul municipality case

A Turkish court has ordered the release of 15 detainees in a sweeping corruption case targeting Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IBB), in a partial easing of pre-trial detentions in a trial involving more than 400 defendants.
